I spoke to a lovely young person who was very helpful. Sadly though, the manager was very rude to me, aggressive and dismissive. As I was leaving he was having an argument with a guy in a wheelchair. When I came in he was angrily frustrated with an older man.Seriously, the only people who come into the store anymore are those who don’t understand the whole online thing. IE: Older people, people with disabilities etc. You need a manager with people skills. Not an angry white man who is clearly incompetent so takes it out on customers

Worst store I've ever been to. I pre organised a phone, plan etc, and was given by person who organised the upgrade a reference number to show at Telstra marketplace Shepparton.When I went to the store, the girl on the door, told me, it an order number, and that the order wasn't in. She confirmed this with anther worker, who knew nothing about what was going on.I explained to her 5 times to check my account as there are notes on it, using that reference number she would've known all the information about what I was ordering.Again She ignored me. She was too busy looking around the store. I asked are you going to check?" "No as it an order number" was her reply. I had a screenshot

Telstra. Ducking over the little guys since always.Old girl upgraded her 13 pro to a 14 pro max under the trade agreement 26th October 22. The trade agreement was $975 credited to her on hand in. 15th November 22 she received 14 pro max, went to store to set up and hand in 13 pro. Telstra lost the 13 pro and then proceeded to charge a $1200 device cost to her account. In the end had to threaten store manager and person serving with theft as we could prove hand over. They couldn't prove where it went. Police were ready to proceed. The $1200 was removed, $975 credit was not added. Apparently the loophole is they can say you will get credited...they do not give it over however they can keep the mint condish iphone 13 pro, sell it and receive the credit for it. Because they tell you under that it is a trade...then put it through as an Upgrade and protect. Which changes everything.DO NOT TRADE BACK TO TELSTRA. Funny how Telstra head office tell us to have the store managers charged with theft?

Great customer service the young gentleman answered everything i needed to no. Will definitely go back in without any hesitation.

Honestly was made to feel like I was a bother and the manager very much didn't want to be there. It was very akward to be there, I even offered to come back when they were less busy.... All 3 staff were not serving anyone. The store was empty...

Understaffed, would not help after driving forty five minutes to get there ,
