I first approached Ben at ESN about a nutrition plan when I started fight camp due to feeling a bit off my game, not feeling like I was getting any stronger and not able to recover from the previous day's session too well.Ben was able to find out very quickly what I was missing and was very prompt in getting me a vegetarian nutrition plan that I've been able to understand and follow with ease.Straight away I was able to notice the difference in training, as I've been recovering with ease to train the very next day and I've also started to notice much more strength and definition in my muscles and am very excited to continue on this journey and see how far I can go.I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get the extra edge and build on their fitness.

I just started working with Ben at ESN because my current diet left me feeling drained and sore all the time. Ben analyzed my diet and body composition and showed me that my protein intake was way too low, hence why I was never healing.He has made me a much more comprehensive diet so I'm feeling a lot more energetic, and I'm recovering faster too. He listened to what I was currently eating and made the meal plan around that, so that I didn't have to start from scratch which makes life a lot easier. Can't recommend ESN enough!
