The bearing and arm mechanisms in my tilt garage door broke unexpectedly on a Friday evening. I called numerous companies without success, but managed to speak with Eleanor from PT Garage Doors. Eleanor provided helpful and honest advice from the get go. I took some photos, sent to her and the issue was identified quickly, along with a formal quotation. As it was a double garage and therefore 2 men required, PT Doors arranged repairs as soon as possible. The parts were obtained, the gentleman arrived and installed within an hour. As there were new arm mechanisms the garage door sat slightly higher than before. This is normal & expected, except my hinges for padlocks wouldn't line up. The repairman had left, but when I rang he came back without complaint and rectified for no additional charge. The service and workmanship was very pleasing. I can't rate them highly enough, we'll even use them for our entry roller door (strata building) moving forward. Honest & dependable, rare traits these day. Thanks again.

PT doors were friendly, professional, clear with communication including confirming things several times over phone/email, had reasonable pricing. Despite a couple of hiccups requiring completion on another day (maybe as ours was a bit complex), we're happy overall with the final product and wish we'd done it sooner!

Disappointed with the service of this business. Rang to organise a time for them to come around to reprogram a garage buzzer. Was told they would be there between 1-3pm which is a huge timeframe while having to come home from work. And then turning up after 3. One other neighbour was reprogramming their remote also. It was a 5 second job and they charged each of us $130. Ridiculous amount of money for the work that was done. Could have been done over the phone or the $130 cost split between the two of us.
