Eastwood Sashimi

Unfortunately, the owner is extremely rude. Please do not expect a customer service at the store and it is the worst ever. Just do not ask any question pick what you want and leave otherwise you would ruin your day.Optopus is over cooked, ans the sashimi is fresh but still thin slices. No visit again. Ordered $150, dumped half of the sashimi.

Hi I'm not sure why there are so many low stars, as this was not indicative of our experience.- The husband and wife duo are very friendly, and while their english is not perfect, we were definitely able to communicate;- Prices are shown clearly on each packet;- Yes, they do take credit card.You only need to take note of the boss's knife and knife work to know he is very trained and masterful at what he does. We bought Salmon, Kingfish, Swordfish, Cuttlefish and Sea Urchin, all of which was very fresh and reasonably priced.Highly recommended.

horrible service!!! The clerk and owner of this shop don't know how to serve customers at all, very rude! And don't go on Monday, their sashimi is not fresh, You'll know it's been thawed for at least two days after you taste it

Bought mixed sashimi and oysters, they are fresh! My place to go if I want to make my own Japanese sushi and craving for some seafood.

Been there lots of times, nice Korean couple there. Although they could only speak limited English (Korean) but I felt comfortable talking to them in simple English. Go there for sashimi and occasionally other products like Prawns, oysters. They do sashimi platers, I usually ring ahead and tell them what a want ($50 is usually good enough for 4-5 adults) then I will go and pick up. Always fresh on the sashimi, never an issue. They don’t open on a Sunday. Other reviewers found them rude to talk to??? I never have that impression ever with the couples (I don’t speak Korean at all) but seriously these owners are the nicest people on earth. Would recommend to all the sashimi lovers out there.

Changed name to Eastwood Sashimi but customer service is still non-existent. All on display are in Korean so as I’m not Korean, I asked in English is there a menu or price list. The lady looked towards the man and without looking up and making eye contact, just shook his head and shake his hand in a shooing motion! My prediction, it won’t be long before another name change and owner change!

This place does not deserve even a star.I gave the star only to write this.Horribly rude people. No respect for customers. Utterly disgusting manners. You will know what I mean when you see their true colors.

. Those who want to eat fresh fish and sashimi are sure to be satisfied with their visit here. The owner couple and staff are friendly to customers, and the homemade soy sauce crab dishes that you can taste at home are the best. Highly recommend this Eastwood sashimi for serving the best fresh sashimi and fish to many customers ♧

i wish i could give negative star for this place.The worst service that you could have in your entire life.I arrived the shop at 6pm while the shop close at 7, when i walked in to the shop, they have already cleared up the shelf and i asked if they are closed and they said no.Then i said i am looking for Sashimi and a RUDE korean dude brought out a few packs of sashimi from the back and THREW it to me, then when i looked at the sashimi for 3 seconds, that Korean dude suddenly took away all the sashimi and said next time while i was looking at it.If you have a really good day and want someone to ruin it just go there. i would rather starve the whole night then visit this shop again.

I recently moved to Eastwood and in the past few months have gone in a few times to buy salmon and the occasional oysters. The prices are clearly marked and the service has always been wonderful the sashimi and oysters were delicious also. I’m not sure why the rating are so low but for me it’s probably one of my favourite places to get salmon.
