They will get the young and naive to work for free for several months under the guise of commission only model. They gaslight alot at the sales meetings they will openly throw how much money the top salesmen are earning. It's a dodgy practice and place. Their actual products arent revolutionary neither is there so called investment portfolio strategy. It's just buy a few apartments over a few years. They have deals with the developers. And they are just a marketing company based solely on profit. Toxic pyramid schemeAs far as their commissi6on pay out I sold two properties under them more than a few years ago and I still haven't been paid.The receptionist openly emails don't waste my time.Ombusdmans needs to look at these guys.

I was leasing a carspace through ironfish for 6months in 2016. The tenant ended the lease last year and the lease ended. Ironfish failed to close the direct debit, and i two rental payments later, realised this. I called them and they told me to close the direct debit asap. When I asked them to provide me a refund, they told me that they had passed the funds on to the tenant for one of the payments and I would have to wait to get this back as 'they couldn't control the tenant'. The manager Clement who I spoke to told me it was my fault because I didn't close the direct debit. This company is not trustworthy, unhelpful and it is obvious some of the internal processes are broken if they are passing funds to tenants when the leases are closed. My recommendation would be to look somewhere else for a realestate agency.

I have got very positive experience with Ironfish’ Strategist manager. He has been very helpful all the way and very professional in resolving problems and giving advice. He was so very accommodating and knows how to handle clients well. Will strongly recommend their management service.
