Very nice and helpful lady.

Never have I experienced such shocking service. I would give zero stars if this was an option.I had multiple items requiring minor alterations and I was extremely unhappy with the quality. Uneven seems, bunching fabric, thread colour that didn’t match and stitching that was done completely different to the original item .I expressed my disappointment politely but was not offered a resolution, so I then offered to pay half and to fix these myself. I was yelled at, told to get out, and had my items pulled apart which I physically had to pry from her hands. My baby and I were then chased down the street continuing to be profusely abused. I’m still in shock by this behaviour and the absurd unprofessionalism.
