Trinity Nails

Had some really nice pedicures and some awful ones. Yesterday was rubbish. Very rushed even though the shop was empty, very rough and careless, massage was really just running cream into my feet except for when she stuck her nails into the soles of my feet and run them along the length of my foot. She skipped the foot exfoliator and used a scrubbing brush instead which was really uncomfortable. Even the shellac painting was terrible, she kept putting the LED light onto my toenail, knocking the paint. If I was rating on just that visit, it would be 1 star max but I have had some decent treatments. They need to train the new staff better.

Too expensive

I had a really excellent experience here.My grandmother has gotten on a bit, and can't cut her own toenails. We do them for her but I thought it might be nice to take her to a nail salon to have them done.The staff at Trinity were very attentive and helpful. They helped her with the chair, getting her feet positioned, and were very patient with her hearing difficulties. They were focused on her having a nice time.The nail technician was extremely thorough and really took his time with her feet, and they look a hundred times better than we do them. It really made her feel taken care of and her feet feel better than they have in years.The massage chair was also a nice touch,. She had been having hip pain all day and felt much better afterwards.Thank you so much to the people at Trinity - you really made her day and I am so impressed with your professionalism.
