Our main electrical switch blew and would not reset. We wanted a local trade. Jason came to us within 15 minutes! Replaced the switch. Very friendly , prompt and no rip off. Highly recommend. 5⭐️service. Thank You.

I had Jason's team attending to a power point installation and wall mounting TV brackets last Tuesday. I have never had such a bad experience with trades people not using the required tools for the job. To identify studs behind the wall, they created extra large holes in the wall instead of using a stud finder and the TV is not fixed in alignment when they could have used level alignment tool. Jordan who was assigned for this job did not take relevant permission on creating these additional holes in the wall. He did not use the screws provided in ezymount instead used his own screws. Too many screw holes were created. This leaves me to get patch work done to fix those large holes created in the wall. I regret using Jason's service for the job. When I reported this to Jason he did not even respond back to my complaints. Overall very bad experience using Jason's service.*********************Updating this review on 11/01/2022 based on the feedback from Jason. Please find pictures attached from the work done by his team last month. The large holes created are not behind the wall bracket as you claim. My concern was no prior permission were seek before cutting these additional holes in the wall. With 24 years of experience, I expect a better quality of work. I have provided the specific model number for the power point to Jason since rest of the house has this model of power point in the wall, and TV power point should not be a different one to maintain the aesthetics. Thank you.
