Needed wardrobe inserts for a new(ish) house where the wardrobe spaces had never been filled. Dealt with Rod and the team twice - once in 2020 and once in 2021.On both occasions OzFlatPacks were endlessly patient as the measurements had to be adjusted (the software can be a little confusing at first) and always gave friendly and clear answers to my many questions. Very affordable, fast turnover and high quality components. Had a kitchen trashed by tenants and had to rebuild the entire kitchen myself. Read the DIY stuff and theres is plenty of online help for newbies.

Dad needed some custom cabinetry to add to our kitchen as space was running low. IKEA not possible as colour match and custom sized space.With Ikea furniture when we turn screw at an slight angle, the MDF chips and the screw goes in at an angle because holes not predrilled properly and material is noticeably weaker.Ozflatpacks - strong screws packed by length that and the top doesn't strip easily. Predrilled holes in MDF were solid, board was stronger. Soft closing hinges. Oozes quality. All screws went in straight easily.We placed our order on the website without human intervention as it is automated which gave us the order to place our smaller order. Pricing was fair and you can free quote on the website without talking to anyone.

This is a fantastic way to order cabinetry as the product is exact and they have a panel to suit every situation. However, because the end product is so exact, you need to plan what you want and be meticulous in your measurements ensuring your design layout matches the intended area.I have used Oz Flat Packs twice over the past twelve months; for two kitchens and a storage room. The fact that I keep going back to them is the highest recommendation I can think of.One project was very complicated, but Rod (many thanks) stuck with me and gave advise on how to fix the design and it worked a treat. The panels are accurate, easy to assemble and good quality. I am more than pleased with the final results and will be using them again.

Thank you to Rod and staff. It was a huge undertaking for us to design the new kitchen online, given we had no experience. But the questions we had during the design process were responded to quickly. And any problems we had whilst assembling the cabinetry and during instal were also addressed effectively. We now have a kitchen that fits the space perfectly and looks fabulous.

Ordered some base cabinets and 6 Hettich drawers. Only 5 of the 6 drawer kits were supplied. Incorrect side heights were supplied for the 4 pot drawers (too short to fit the side rails purchased at the same time). Contacted Oz Flat Packs and were given the run around for months, too busy"

I measured and checked everything about 4 or more times and it was worth it because I caught a few mistakes.In the end the cabinets arrived as expected and there were no major issues with assembly.
