I Heart Moissanites went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience as painless as it could be. They were extremely helpful, kept me in the loop the entire time, sending pictures and videos and sent me a lovely gift with purchase. The customer service from these guys is top notch but the quality of the engagement ring we purchased also was 10/10. Highly recommend.

I can't even begin to describe how happy I am with the service here. We had Gabrielle help us and she was amazing - she responded quickly, solved any problem we could possibly have, and the ring itself is absolutely stunning. The quality of service we got from I Heart Moissanites was incredible, and we even got a little gift box with wine and chocolates when we received our ring. We have recommended them to anyone and everyone and will continue to do so! Plus their rings are very reasonably priced, and the moissanite looks incredible!

I recieved my engagement ring today, it is even more beautiful than I could have hoped for. It is stunning.The customer service I received from Anne Marie was was fantastic, she was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely ring, we ordered something simple but it still turned out great. Even though what we ordered was a more simple ring, the whole package we received was lovely and made my partner very happy. The Stone itself is lovely and looks amazing. Very happy with our decision.

My fiance started designing a custom ring before he proposed last May, and Anne Marie and the team at I Heart Moissanites were so absolutely incredible throughout every step of the process!!They cut a custom stone for the engagement ring in a really unusual shape, providing their expert guidance on size and claw placement, and put up with a lot of back and forth over email about the specifics of the design.We got the engagement ring, wedding band and eternity band all at once in a beautiful set, and Anne Marie sent us regular updates with designs, photos and videos throughout.The price was extremely reasonable and shipping was secure and quick. The package that the rings came in, with certification and some extra surprises, was a lovely touch.We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid so I haven't had a chance to wear the wedding band daily yet, but the engagement band is still beautiful, clear, shiny, unscratched, and an absolute joy to wear more than a year later.Everything about this process was wonderful and we'll definitely be returning to I Heart Moissanites in the future for other moissanite jewellery.

I contacted I Heart regarding a three stone engagement ring. After chatting on the phone she offered to custom make the engagement ring to match the wedding band that I already had. I only needed to send a photo of the band. The resultant custom engagement ring matches the band perfectly. Very impressive seeing that they did not physically have the band to work from. Only photos. I looks amazing and very very pleased with the result.
