Perth Body Analysis

To be able to set real goals, you need to know where you're at. Getting my scan done with Perth Body Analysis every month helps me to know if the weight I've put on or lost is muscle, fat, water etc and that allows me to understand my body and what to do next. The ladies always help me to understand the results and talk me through what I need to do next.

The staff at Perth Body Analysis are so helpful and knowledgeable. They discussed my nutrition and macros to meet my goals and spend time to chat these through at each scan. Would highly recommend!!

Megs and Mystique are awesome! Super kind and super knowledgeable. I have only had 2 scans (5 weeks apart) and it is fabulous insight to see if your current diet/training program is working for you. The girls have taught me so much even in just 2 appointments. It’s great to keep yourself motivated as well. Highly recommend. I had an amazing experience with Mystique performing my body scan for me. It was a bit daunting as I was only 7 weeks post-partum from a emergency C/S but I really wanted to see where my body was upon starting back at Cube43. Mystique was so reassuring and informative about the process and the benefits of the scan and also the results. It was amazing to see all the break downs from the scan which gave me more of an understanding of what my body was doing. Mystique then helped to speak to me about achievable goals for next 4 weeks which I am excited to see what progress I have made. It's a great experience I would recommend to anyone to have it done so you can really see what your body is doing. Even if you think it might be overwhelming or daunting looking at the results, Mystique is so reassuring and makes you feel comfortable and not only goes through the results but what the next steps are so you have goals as well.
