edit . Called again apologies for being rude. Have no choice but to deal with the manufacturer of the mattress. company return policy. .Just called to work out why my mattress was not working, after being told i needed to send a clean photo of my mattress because the company wont deal with the store if the mattress is stained , legally nothing to do with my return unless the stain is the problem. ( UNSTAINED tons of pic) Have a unstained broken mattress with photos, trying to explain why her company policy has nothing to do with consumer law. 1500 dollars , well after 60%+ off $795. still being told that if there are stains on it the structural faults, martial failures mean nothing. a rather common reply now, The consumer problem is product failure, and using anything to not own the sale.

Service is here is absolutely amazing, very welcoming business. Staff are super friendly and bubbly plus they are extremely helpful and patient, (especially when it comes to decision making). I have never once had a problem with purchasing from these guys, they always go above and beyond. Would definitely recommended this place if you want good customer service from people who actually care and you leave feeling happy and confident in the purchases youve made. Wouldn't go anywhere else and i'll definitely be back as I've got a new apartment that needs furnishing ;)

The customer service at this store has been one of the most terrible experiences ever. I would give it No Stars if there was such an option. It's all very sweet until they get your money. It's a downhill slide after that. We bought an expensive Stafford and Mason Opulence King Bed from them which sagged like a hammock from the first night, causing backache and sleepless nights. When we advised this store, they wanted us to pay another $300 to upholster the mattress for which I had already paid $2000 and which we had only used for 10 days! The manager, a chap named Russell was so rude he slammed the phone and refused to even come to have a look at the mattress. He kept insisting that there was no manufacturing defect in the bed despite not having seen it. Finally after calling him back and after much requesting, he condescended to send two delivery boys who took one look at the mattress and pronounced it was fine despite not even touching it to feel the springs or measure the sag! Please beware of giving these scammers your hard earned money. We have never seen such rudeness and such appalling customer service anywhere. We are now saddled with a mattress we cannot sleep on for which we paid the store top dollars.

The team were fantastic, helped us pick out the right mattresses for myself and my daughter. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Customer service is very poor. Put a deposit on my bed over six weeks ago then paid for it in full within two weeks was told it would be 10-15 days, hadn’t heard anything rang up multiple times kept getting told it would be soon then was told that the bed takes 18-21 days 5 weeks later and still haven’t received the bed. Was told our bed was put on priority because it was taking so long and when we still didn’t hear anything rang up they couldn’t even find our order on the system then they told us it was going to be another week away. I do not recommend buying a bed through sleep n style unless you want to wait longer then they tell you it’s going to take and have to deal with poor customer service!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good selection of beds and mattresses for all budgets. Delivery was punctual and as promised. It was a good experience shopping here! Recommended.

We have been to the Devonport store twice and both times have left after receiving ZER0 help. Not to mention the furniture they have on display is nothing but cheap copycat rubbish from China or Vietnam very disappointed to see cheap furniture so highly priced. This store wants Top Dollar for low quality items. $600 at least for a single bedside table is just appalling. Didn’t find any children’s bed frames for under $500. just very strange. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

At the home makers centre always got some fantastic special on good quality bedding there is something for e veryones taste sure to please. Heaps of car parking service good friendly assistants.

Their mattress range is quite extensive. Just ask about it and you'll learn more. Service is very good. Great sale at the moment.
