Hiring Jen as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was instrumental in helping us organise the wedding, attending a site visit and coming up with questions that we didn't even think to ask. She helped us with our wedding schedule, set up our ceremony & reception, liaised with our vendors and much more. This really took the stress out of the day and ensured that we could focus our time on being present with our friends and families and enjoying the day. Thank you so much Jen

Being the first (and last time) my husband and I organise a wedding, there were so many things we were unsure and anxious about. What a relief we had Jen with us along the way! And she ran the show to a tee; with limitless phone calls and emails, creating our run sheet and liaising with our vendors. We couldn't have asked for a wedding that ran more smoothly and highly recommend her if you're after peace of mind - your big day will be in good hands!

Weddings do NOT go to plan, but if you have a Jen under your belt, it will be a guaranteed success, no matter what is thrown your way.Jen was a guiding light and absolute angel in a chaotic year. We chose her because of her incredibly calm attitude, her ability to translate our vision into reality and of course, the fact that our time with her was one of the highlights of the whole year - she's just a wonderful and fun human to be around!Jen handled her first Jewish wedding like a legend: rather than managing two clients (my husband and me), she had 6+ voices to listen to and hundreds of competing instructions, but she never ever complained and ended up delivering a wedding that we will continue to gush about for decades to come. If she can handle that craziness, she can handle anything!Rain, hail or shine, she's there and she's there with solutions. And a HUGE smile.No words will do justice to Solstice, but I will continue to recommend her to everyone for ever and ever.

5 stars is really not enough. From the first moment I spoke to Jen I was so relieved to have her involved in my wedding. When COVID put a spanner in the works for our initial plans Jen was so understanding and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that our smaller wedding went ahead without a hitch, as well as being committed to our next big celebration event! I thought I was so organised and had all the details sorted but Jen was prepared for so much more than I ever could have been and ensured that no detail was forgotten. On the day she was everywhere!! I was amazed at the set up when I arrived, thanks to her coordination of everyone involved. Any issues that came up, she was the first to notice and immediately resolved them! Not only was she efficient but she was completely calm and relaxed through it all and we were so lucky to have her there on the day. Forever grateful for your hard work Jen and will continue to recommend you to everyone we know!

We meet Jen at the South Coast wedding fair and for the get go we knew we had met someone who was committed to helping us have the best wedding Possible. Prior to the wedding Jen did an amazing job of not only making sure everything was sorted and organised but keeping both my partner and I, sane and looking forward to our big day. On our wedding day Jen was there making sure everything was running as planning and organised and if something needed to be fixed or sorted she managed it amazingly! There was some technical issues that happened prior to the ceremony that could have been disastrous, but Jen was able to rectify them seamlessly with us being none the wiser! She really looked after us and our wedding would not have been half as amazing without her. Thank you so much Jen!!!

Jen was the most amazing addition to our wedding day! She ensured everything flowed as intended and was a calm and pleasant influence. Prior to the wedding, she took over all communication with the vendors and it was so comforting to know that someone was double checking everything so that I could relax in the days before.
