Female First Physiotherapy
I started seeing Shea in my third trimester of pregnancy and then post birth to support my pelvic floor. Her warmth, expertise and gentle approach took away any inhibitions, and I felt thoroughly supported by the exercises and advice given. She is a treasure to have in our community and I'm grateful for her services. Prevention is better than cure, so please go see her. Your future self will thank you for it.
