service: (bad) they forgot my burger, after 20 minutes waiting they told me that they were going to make it at that time.Very small location, almost no space to walk to the table without bumping every seat.Quality: (ok) it was not awesome, or the best I have ever tried. It was something I would expect on their price range.I did not order fries, but spotted many tables leaving them uneaten, and they did not look good

The staff were very friendly and well presented. Our food was delivered in Super quick time and was freshly cooked. Love the burgers as they taste like they are home made with not too much mayo. My daughter had the plant based burger which she loved it was not dry and very tasty. Store was lovely and clean.

We ordered take away from Betty’s burgers Marion ordering burgers and fries. The thick fries were sooo oily you could pinch a chip and oil would drip out. Unfortunately the thin cut chips weren’t much better not as oily but very brown. $7 for this small bucket what a rip off!! The burgers were oily also. Hungry Jacks are better and half the price. So disappointing as the city Betty Burgers are amazing!

Love the chocolate thick shake. Very chocolatey & thick. Burgers are decent too, but may be a trifle small for those with healthy appetites. However chips weren’t to my taste, a little limp in my opinion.

My partner and I came in to order some take out and while we were looking at the menu the lovely Ash came and greeted us and was just so sweet. While we were ordering they were just so amazing, so kind and happy to chat. They were so helpful, and just so amazing. While we were waiting for our food Ash brought us our drink that we ordered - strawberry thick shake that they made and was so yummy - and then later brought our food to us. They are just such a kind beautiful soul and I seriously couldn’t thank Ash enough. Ash is the best thing to grace this earth!

We had 1 classic burger , side of chicken strips , small water, coke and a shake. $39The food didn’t have any flavour. It’s was that simple. Even the spicy mayo had no flavour.The air cons were also on making it freezing cold in there.Guys if you want to stay in business in that location, your going to need to step your game up because both Grilled and Fridays have more to offer.Thanks so muchTony
