Focus on Furniture

Purchased a Tall Boy draws and two Bedside tables from the Eden range made of real timber. Product was well made and the use of natural timber gave it warm and quality feel and look. Very pleased with the items purchased. Sales person ‘Jack’ at the Fyshwick store was extremely helpful with his product knowledge but with also providing a good price. Our experience was hassle free and would recommend though watch the prices, some are great however other items in the store store be questioned with out a doubt.

Exceptionally good quality and very reasonably priced furniture and fantastic range. We have never had any issues or concerns with our purchases here and the staff are very professional and friendly. Prompt delivery and updates. We have bought several items from these guys and all our items have survived and weathered well with our family. Recommended you check them out.

Staff were friendly and patient at Fyshwick store (thanks Sonya), prices were great, ETA provided was correct to the day. Delivery was super affordable, drivers were friendly and provided an update on arrival time on the day.

Absolute worst customer experience for pick up. Easy to book but then it falls apart. Two pick ups now have been horrible. 1) arrived for an appointment and received arrogant dismissive behaviour from older male rep as we were 10mins late to a pre-booked appointment to have him say they didn't have the stock and send us home... 2) arrived to a younger female rep who stated that no

The service at the Fyshwick store is fantastic. They weren’t pushy but as soon as we asked for help, they couldn’t do enough for us. Their after sales service is really great too and definitely exceeded our expectations. Trent was fantastic and showed us a number of options so that we could make the right choices for us and was really helpful post sales. We are really enjoying the pieces we bought and appreciate being able to get quality at a reasonable price. We have gone back to them when we need new furniture andwill continue to do so.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Perry and can not speak highly enough of his work ethics and all round product knowledge. He pointed out discounts on offer and solved my delivery issues.

Purchased Nico 3 Seater (with 2 seat & back cushions) sofa from their Fyshwick centre on August 2019. Within 1 year of their usage, all cushions have lost their firmness. Given that we are not heavy users and have paid $2000, i would have expected this sofa to last at least 5 years. Have reached out to customer service multiple times with No proper response. After follow-ups I was asked to contact agemfurniture directly as they are the suppliers for this sofa.Since then I have sent multiple emails to both the customer service and have not even received any response. There has been complete silence.Would highly recommend to stay away from cheap furniture stores specifically if you are spending such big money on furniture. Not worth it.
