Such a beautiful place to take a photo on a high tide and a sunny day with the bridge in the back ground behind you, as well you can sit on the seats provided and look at the beautiful lake Illawarra

Gorgeous bridge. Not the most aesthetically pleasing but functional and cohesive. Lots of locals and tourists to be found at various times. Some people fishing, some taking photos, some trying to meet daily step targets and others doing whatever else there is do around here. If you're in the area and you also like bridges, this is not a spot to miss.

Lovely place for fishing, i went there twice this year to fish. Wasn’t so lucky first time as all fish we caught were too small (mostly baby breams by the looks of it). Our second visit was luckier, we caught two decent sized leatherjackets. Good thing is the water here’s fecund, the bait always got bitten. Hope to be luckier next time & catch a flathead as we saw some lucky ppl did. There’s also a park nearby with toilet & bbq facility, nice spot for family outing. Oh, beware of the old pelican who’s always lurking & trying to steal your catch.

Explore the windang bridge southern side and you will discover the available and safest land based options with the channel flowing by very close and pick out the time when the lake is on the turn from high to low which gets some bigger fish visiting this area including 60cm and above dusky flatheads to test you out as well as some really beautiful 30cm bream .

Great place. I dont know why this bridge has a review. Like it's a bridge that is it. There is a beautiful place surrounding it. But anbrodge for anreview. Never expected it. Nothing else to say, this place right under the bridge smells urine. People must have urinated here anlot of times. But this view looks great from under the bridge.
