This place is an absolute joke! Disappointing service. Beware that this business is very money focused and not so much customer focused.Was so keen to get my dog that passed away recently, tattooed on my chest, however I got bombarded by texts the evening before stating that I would have to pay $200 more as it was initially under quoted. Really unprofessional experience, to the point that I will be spreading this to anyone that I know that would want to get a tattoo.

So disappointed I asked for a dragon and I received a gecko. What kind of service is this? This is absolutely unacceptable I was held against my will and had to pay 200 dollars over the original quote. A GECKO?

I was lucky enough to have Julian custom design and apply 2 tattoo's for me. Couldn't be happier with both of them, recommend this place highly. Great pricing aswell and very happy with the end product.

Made a deposit earlier in the year (February). Spoke to a staff member and provided an idea of the design I was interested in - as I didn’t know any of the artist’, the guy I spoke to took my tattoo idea, contact details and deposit, and said that one of the tattooist will contact me regards bookings etc.I attempted multiple times to reach out to them via their social media page (which they’re active on, but obviously not checking their messages).Called the studio tonight, 16th June, was told that a booking wasn’t made, therefore there wasn’t anything they could do unless the staff member can remember me (now how many people have come through their doors since the start of the year? Unless he has autobiographical memory, I will not be receiving any tat, nor my deposit back). I even attended the studio, and was told that they wouldn’t usually take the deposit without making any bookings - which I don’t understand how this is my fault, as this guy legitimately took my money and details.It’s not just the deposit that I’m annoyed about, but waiting since February like an idiot for a phone call - I’ve been eager to get this tattoo.I’m sure they’re great artists and great people, but the studio’s communication and administration skills is lousy.

Good artists but always a complete headache trying to book in work. Had cancellations on the day after months of waiting due to double booking, then told i would receive a call back which never happened. Also took my girlfriend 4 phone calls to try and use a voucher to book time which she then discarded as it was too hard.
