George and his team at CBD did a fantastic job demolishing and disposing of a backyard shed. He came out promptly to quote, was incredibly competitive in his pricing, and his team came out and completed the job to a high standard. I would recommend definitely recommend to others.

Amazing! George was an absolute legend! I had another company cancel a demo job last minute, I called CBD and they showed up that day to assess the job. We needed to demo a big driveway covered in heavy pavers and they showed up the next morning and got the job done quickly and PERFECTLY and for a really great price! I would not hire this company again.I paid George $1100+ GST to scrape an acoustic underlay off a slap, which was about a 5+ hour job. He and 2 workers spend under 1.5 hours doing it, and didn't do the job as we agreed.When I questioned George about this and showed him where parts had not been taken off he become very defensive and aggressive with me, first telling me that I had asked him to do something different, and then telling me what I had asked for was unreasonable.George proceeded to yell and insult me for 20 minutes, telling me how unreasonable I was for making his workers sweat (and actually work!); how I should be grateful for the work he did; how I had a bad character for asking him to do the job he had agreed to do.For all of this time George wouldn't let me speak, and I felt threatened and intimidated. He was clearly just trying to silence and bully me so he could get paid the full amount for an incomplete job. I just wanted him out and so paid the money.I paid far too much for the work George did, and I absolutely did not deserve to be spoken to and treated in this way. It was by far the worst experience I have had with a contractor.
