Called over a week ago and was told that someone would be here within the week and was also told that someone would ring me before they come, (that didn't happen) someone turned up on the Monday 5 days after I originally called and I wasn't home, I had no call to let me know that someone was coming, u are just expected to be home at no notice, I called again today ( being Thursday) to find out what was happening to be told by fiona that if I didn't change my tone that it would end badly, yes I was annoyed but I wasn't rude ,I just wanted to know when it was going to be done. I would never recommend using devilees as the way I was spoke to was very rude and unprofessional ,,, partly true but you forgot to mention that yes u sent a tech out the next day but I didn't ask for him to come check the aircon , I had said to you on the phone that I needed the system cleaned, which didn't happen and was told by the tech that he would be back on the Friday to do it (didn't happen) yes I was annoyed but I was never rude and you forgot to mention what was really said not change your tone, , it was if you don't change your tone this will end badly ( my daughter was here and you were on speaker )so don't make out like I am the one at fault as I am clearly not

Sell and install products that fail soon after and they then can not repair and do not care. Have been burnt twice by these crooks.Update:You don't have records of further services because you would not attend, stating you are too busy!

This place is rubbish, the TV add says they are there to help you…..load of rubbish.I emailed there contact form 3 days ago even sent them photo’s, of my broken Swampie.I wanted to buy a new one, but nothing heard, no phone call back, no reply to my email…..bet they were cool last night guys…My partner and myself are 75years of age……We have had 2days of over 39deg and we have no AC at all.This is the second time I have got in contact with this mob in the past 2 years and all I get is “ we don’t service Ouyen”So if you aren’t a few mile out of Mildura, forget it, they will only service the Mildura people.Check you TV add guys, you say you are there to help….what a load of rubbish.

Called these guys to get a quote to install an Air conditioner. they quoted on the job but when they found out they were installing one that I brought online all of a sudden they were too busy.

Very honest to advise they wouldn't get to my house as soon as I needed. Went the extra mile to find a Plan B. Thanks for connecting me to Ash!!

All staff very efficient from Chloe at reception, Jason doing quotes as well as Steve and Isaac fitting my airconditioners. Kept me updated on all facets of the instillation. Great quality job.

Outstanding. Arranged to come out ASAP. Paul was friendly, got my split system working in no time (a system i had been told by a different company a week ago would need to be replaced), and gave great advice. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Contact well over a week ago via phone and no reply, explained my shed swampy had blown a water hose, and no contact from customer service since.. Very poor service, I would not recommend.Update to response below:Actually according to my call log I had phoned your office on the 10th January 2022 @ 4.30pm and spoke to a lady at length, I explained the issue, told her I didn't want a quote, just someone to come assess and fix it as soon as possible, I had left my number, address and my Dad's name (as it's his shed). I'll contact another business as clearly your too busy/unorganised. Imagine how much other business your losing as I'd not be the only person getting that quality of service from your business. All the best.
