The most helpful staff. Not only did I get what I was looking for but after a brief conversation on my way out, I was suggested an amazing idea that will help my art career greatly. Always a great experience and such friendly staff.

I normally love the service at my local Jackson's in WA. However the service at the Parap store was unbelievably bad, literally had the employee laugh in my face. Will not be returning.

Staff are helpful and friendly, I live remote and usually call or email for products. Would give 10 stars if they also did mail orders.

Great place for materials and advice

I had to locate some significant and appropriate art supplies for a major project. There were a number of problems to solve in that decision making process. Specifically, the right canvas, the right preparations of the canvas and the right fixing agent. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names because you personalised your customer care of me to such an exquisite degree, that I ought to have. You lovely people solved every single problem with kindness and respect and humour. You even helped me determine if I could carry that length and weight on the instate air travel I needed to negotiate in the process. Bless you. I’ve never had such thorough expert support from an art supplies, not even another Jackson’s beats your customer care. Thank you. I can’t wait to show you the results.

Love this place! Feel like a kid in a candy store, surrounded by all the glorious art supplies. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable staff. Artists supporting artists. And what an amazing Store Manager! Helen Christensen is the best.10/10 highly recommend.
