Albany Toyota

Have taken my car here for many years. Have since changed servicing providers as the price of their routine services is just through the roof. I prefer to be pre-warned or asked before doing additional elements and told of the cost. I have been in for services before and it ends up being $800-$900+ which is just insane for an over 10-year-old vehicle in my opinion. I do my oil change once a year and have asked for them to keep that in their records so I would not get message reminds since I only need once a year servicing. However, my records were not updated. Many texts, emails and phone calls. It is too much.

We had an issue with the door on our van and the team at Albany Toyota was very helpful and very quick to fix the issue. Highly recommend!

The four wheel alignment done by Toyota is too junk. The new car has a front left wheel offset of 2 °

The most hassle free service, stress free service ever, even washed and vacuumed my car, complimentary!!! Don't be deceived those that claim non genuine parts are more cost effective, I was :) can see why there is a wait list at this establishment.

The staff rock! They were most helpful and really took time out to answer my out of left field" questions. Even looked the "bit" on the computer to assure me it didn't fall off my RuggedX and I could relax. Top lady and gent in Parts and Service."

I had a short timeframe to get my car serviced, normally takes 3-3 1/2 hours, however as I had a specialist appt at hospital they did it for me,vacuumed and washed my car in under 2 hours. Many mechanics worked on it. I was very impressed. Great place

Wonderful staff who are very helpful and caring. Has a coffee machine and plenty of magazines to read if you are waiting aswell as a play area for the children.They offer a shuttle bus service too.

The service team is absolutely amazing! They helped us three girls with the problem with our campervan in so many ways. They are not all about the money but just so helpful in personal problems and tried everything they could to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Particular commendation goes to Allen and Amy - thank you so much!
