Me and my sister went for nails. First i asked for chrome powder nails (gave them exact photo) they said $70 and when we started we were half way they says it will be $85. Very disappointing. We can understand sometime there will be misunderstandings but not apology as well?? On top of that they were shouting on us. Amyway we were half way done so no option. For that much money nails are out of shape no perfection at all. It was my first and last time here.

The stuff here were so lovely! I asked for a complex design and they were happy to provide me with exactly what I wanted. The pleasant atmosphere of the store was clearly reflected in the staff and there exceptional service. I’m so in love with my new nails!

Pedicure and shellac nailsI’ve been coming here for years and I had the worst experience last night.Didn’t cut my nails, didn’t file them, didn’t do anything with the cuticles so the pedicure was pretty much putting nail polish on which I could have done myself. Nails have bumps on them and when I called the lady starts yelling at me saying “I don’t know what you’ve done at home to them”When I told the lady to file my nails she said something to the other girl and sounded grumpy.Doing a bad job, charging $95 for it and then refusing to do anything about it plus accusing the customer for your incompetence is absolutely ridiculous!

An alright place for a quick fix. Though I’m sure you could find cheaper places that can do the same job with better service.If you’re looking to feel pampered this is definitely not the place. The service was not great nor the quality. It is tolerable, but as a nail tech I did fix it up where I could when I got home. But unfortunately I cannot fix how the nail prep was done and the chips in the the chrome powder applied.I paid $120 for a basic set of BIAB with chrome powder. I can understand paying this much if the service is great and the quality as well.Here there isn’t much care for how the customer feels. It’s definitely more about getting the job done.If you’re looking for a quick fix with great service and good quality in the same area, I would suggest Prestige Nail Bar (Westfield Chermside).Update: it’s been just over a week and my nails have severe lifting, which may be due to the fact that there was minimal to no nail prep done.

Wife and daughter visited to get their nails done on a mummy daughter day out. Staff were very rude and seemed to give much better service to the clients who were spending more money. The lady who actually did the nails was very nice, the rest of them not so much. Horrible, would not recommend

The staff are lovely but I don't think they're experienced enough. My biab nail popped off after a week and I went in to get it fixed only to be charged $7 for a bumpy Chunky nail that wasnt fliedd to the same design as the others. Kinda disappointing,

Lee is excellent. Builder gel with thin french tips painted on. Lee really takes the time to get it right. Quite a magician! Attention to detail, very kind and funny, great conversation.

If anyone looking for a great nail experience please come here. I had a pedicure and manicure done and it was absolutely the best experience ever. Staffs are very friendly and professional, they always kindly answer all of my questions when I was confusing about the differences between services and gave me the best recommendations for my nail. I have done my nail here and it last for 4 weeks which never happened to me before when I did my nail elsewhere in the centre.Very recommended

4 stars only due to Tiffany.Although I encountered an issue during my first nail appointment, Tiffany, the salon manager, was incredibly helpful. She promptly arranged another appointment for me to have my nails fixed, and even offered to redo the entire set, which was truly impressive. I must emphasize that her customer service is exceptional and sets this salon apart from others. Tiffany took the time to speak with me personally and apologized for the negative experience I had during my initial visit, demonstrating her dedication to assisting each customer to the best of her ability and ensuring their satisfaction. Thank you so much, Tiffany. If I decide to visit again, it will be solely because of you.However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback to help the team improve this establishment. The lady who redid my nails (I believe her name was Chloe) and the gentleman, Lee, who spoke to me in the morning were both wonderful. However, the gentleman who greeted me upon arrival was extremely rude and curt in his manner of speaking. Even before I had been seated and began my nail appointment, he sternly insisted that I remove my negative review on Google because I was having the entire set redone. Despite politely informing him that I would remove the review once I was satisfied with the results, he persisted and claimed that my feedback had caused them trouble. His behavior was exceptionally disrespectful and he pressured me to remove the review, to which I firmly declined, leading me to speak with the salon manager, Tiffany. Such staff members leave a negative impression on the overall service of the salon.However, when I spoke to Tiffany, she was friendly, kind, and understanding. She acknowledged my concerns. When I returned to give the phone back to the aforementioned gentleman, I informed him about the conversation I had with the manager, but he completely ignored what I said. I have never encountered such rude personnel in a nail salon before.Nevertheless, if you ever consider trying out this salon, I strongly recommend contacting Tiffany directly. Her customer service is truly remarkable.

I paid $65 for infill and one nail repair as it had come off. The side view of the finished nails show uneven bumps and they do not look natural or even well done or finished. I complained and asked her to fix my nails at the time and the girl didn’t completely fix them, then I said it again as I paid and this lady she just walked away. It’s the worst service I’ve EVER had in getting acrylic nails in over 20 years! I even asked where I can leave feedback and the girl said something to her colleague in another language and laughed at me. My nails are a wreck and embarrassing! Do not go to this place they are unprofessional and are not well trained.
