Installed our floorboards, accepted our payment and have since ignored repeated requests to discuss/repair areas of concern.Are they even operating anymore?

We could not have asked for a better organised company.After having renovated two houses now, honest, competent, easy to communicate with tradesmen are worth every dollar spent.Mark and Brian were in contact with either myself, or my husband every step of this process. They gave us a timeline and stuck to it, as well as coming back to oversee the corking, which was the last thing to be done.I would use this company again and would highly recommend them,we are extremely happy customers!

Mark installed and coated my heritage gum floors for a renovation to our house. The floors came up amazing and I really appreciated Marks effort to help complete the project ahead of schedule.
