Had a car crash and a subsequent terrible experience dealing with insurance. Things were looking pretty bleak and I decided to repair my car completely out of my own pocket. I chose Jim based on his impeccable reviews. The whole process was fantastic, Jim took care of me from start to finish, providing me with all possible options, kept in constant contact me with during the repairs process, provided me all paperwork, and most importantly, the repair was fantastic. My car went from being a possible write-off to in perfect working condition again. I honestly couldn't recommend Jim enough, he's an old-school guy, who gets the job done properly, without any BS. Had an accident, reversed into a pole, which damaged rear panel and bumper, really upset about the stupid mistake. Friend recommended Jim, who was real straightforward and knowledgeable, offered solution and the price was really fair. Didn’t shop no further but locked in with Jim. And the outcome was more than satisfying, it was just like brand new, could not se a trace a damage marks, and Jim even fixed the damage on the side panel with no extra cost. My sister-in-law’s Audi A4 was involved in an accident and as she had the car insured much under the market value, the first smash repair shop in Campsie would not repair it, insisting it was a write-off. Then I googled for a reputable smash repairer nearby and found Jim’s White Stallion Smash Repairs. After seeing the car and hearing the story I told him, Jim agreed to repair the car. Excellent communication and workmanship, with attention to detail. Jim indeed is a perfectionist: when he realised a previous repair job was not done properly, he contacted the insurer and got the defect fixed by the previous repairer through the insurer. Jim did an amazing job. Because the car was more than three months out of registration when I went to pick it up, Jim accompanied me to a mechanic shop to get a blue slip. When the mechanic found two front tyres had to be replaced before he could issue a blue slip, Jim again accompanied me to a tyre shop to get two new front tyres. This is the best smash repair shop I have ever used, in terms of professionalism, quality, honesty, friendliness and value. I’d highly recommend White Stallion Smash Repairs without any reservation. Referred to Jim from a family friend who had previously had their car repaired by White Stallion Smash Repairs who was insured with Suncorp. Jim spent a lot of time assessing the damage and provided an estimate that was below my basic excess with NRMA Insurance and was accepted by the other driver to reimburse the cost of repairs to spare the need to lodge an insurance claim. When I returned to pick up my BMW, I was very impressed with Jim's workmanship and friendliness throughout this whole repair process for my BMW bumper bar. Jim is a professional from start to finish and treats every car as if it were his own. After first coming for my BMW M series to get some work done last year, I took my Honda Prelude this year after an unfortunate incident that caused my front bumper to get scratched up and my hood to get bent. Jim reshaped the hood, fixed up the bumper and made the paint look like it hadn't been touched since coming from the factory.
