It was a horrible experience overall, I walked in and asked if it was busy too get my lashes done and they said no, I was waiting for about an hour, I asked for a refund and I would come back another day and they told me to wait..then the experience of getting my lashes done was extremely painful, I was crying the entire time, I explained it was really painful and even asked them to stop in which she just told me she was almost done and kept going, the lashes however turned out nice, but not a single lash fell out on its own because of the amount of glue caked on, the lashes were extremely painful so i pulled them out, they also came out all stuck together (like a strip of lashes) I’m no expert but I don’t think this is professional what so ever! I beg you do not get your lashes done here!

Big scam! They demand payment before the job is done, , when I asked why she pointed out to a sign on the door that said payment 1st, within 8hrs my nails fell apart , I came in immediately n they refused to do my nails or return my money back , plz save your money n time , this place is very inexperienced. Scam scam

The worst place you can go to. Yes they’re cheap but they cut your skin and absolutely careless. I went in today to get a refill on my real nails, I don’t get tip because my nails are long enough. The greedy lady there made me pay an extra $10 on top of my $40 for the set saying it’s to refil the base because it’s old. She forced me to take it off and put another one on then I paid, she then cut off my real nails and told me “I will put tips instead”. Absolute liar left me devastated, I got my money and left, but this is shocking. All they care about is money and they don’t understand or speak English properly and act like it’s our problem. My sister also had her toes done and the girl there cut her skin and made her bleed. Shocking do not go there unless you want an infection. There’s so many other nail salons at cranbourne park and selandra rise, maybe extra $5 for services but so much cleaner

Worst place I have ever been to, I’ve been a regular customer for almost 3 years and I’ve witnessed them be rude to many customers before. Today I was misheard, and disregarded as a regular customer, after I had returned 24hrs later regarding a faulty SNS nail extension. The tip was not glued to my natural nails, there was a cap in between which meant dirt was getting stuck in between. I was ignored, yelled at and not helped. They were also speaking in their language while I was speaking to them. I asked to have my nails removed and have a refund, but they told me they’re not paying me anything as it was not their fault, it was intact my fault. I explained again that the tips they used for my nails were too small, but they were not listening to me at all.I’m NEVER returning to this place again.You’re better off paying an extra $5 for piece of mind, at the shopping centre across the road (Cranbourne Park).They’re money hungry and demand payment before a service is complete, once you walk out that door they say they’re no longer responsible for the faulty service they have provided.The customer service here is absolutely shocking. I don’t understand how they continue to operate. Oh if only I can get all my money back for being a regular customer.

I asked for removal of my SNS, a manicure & clear polish. Lady who appeared to be the manager charged me $25 upfront. They normally make you pay beforehand. After removing my nails, cutting & filing, she started to paint clear polish, I asked are you going to do a manicure first & she said no, its extra. I told her I asked for a manicure as well & she said I didn't & it's $3 extra. She ripped me off. Terrible service, trying to SCAM A FEW DOLLARS AFTER YOU PAY, shame on you! I declined, regardless if only extra $3, it's the principle, she overcharged me for removal & clear polish & tried to make me pay $3 extra for manicure. I've been there a couple times but never again. Unprofessional & dishonest shop. You keep doing this & you'll go out of business!

Worst place i have ever came across! Inexperienced staff and rude. I came to do lash extension and they demanded to pay before service. Im ok with that, didnt know how this experience will go down. Staff looks confused to start with, she went looking for stuff she needs for a long time and when removing my old lashes she literally rip my eyelids! It hurts not once but multiple times. I have never experienced anything like this with how many times I have done at other places. I asked the lady nicely to please stop I dont want to continue the service anymore. She kept doing it, I refused multiple times thinking maybe she didn’t understand. She then called out to the owner (i think). I asked for refund as i dont want to continue this anymore, she said she can only gave me voucher, I said I do not want to come back. I do not want to risk it here again and She said it’s my fault coming to this place she cannot refund my money back. How ridiculous! I demand my refund however she ended up giving some cash back. She said i have to pay for the lash removal even though my eyelids are red, my eyes sting and i lost a bunch of my real lashes because of that. I didn’t want to continue arguing and ended up getting what ever I can. I regret not looking up review before coming here.

SNS done by Lauren, amazing. Thank you so much. Lauren really listened to what I wanted and met every demand.However it’s only been a couple days and my nails are all cracked?? Like 7/10 of them; what’s the go?

If your thinking about getting your lashes done here DONT! Charged me $86 for classic refills, when outside and online prices say $60-65. i feel i have been taken advantage of and a customer should ever feel like that. Overall very rude, unprofessional and just a rip off save you money and go somewhere else!

I had my nails done here after 1 week they started breaking , went back and they charged me $30 because the lady thought it was my fault. Anyways got them done again and she made them so thick uneven she cut my finger with her electric tools,i was kindly telling her it hurts please stop, she would look at me and smile it happened for the next 3 fingers . I don't know if I'm going back there again.
