Horrible customer service.Approached the store just before 6pm as i saw bread in plastics bags sitting on top of the counter, so I thought they were for sale. As soon as I walked up to the counter the worker rudely said “WE’RE CLOSED!” and then proceeded to chuck fresh bread / goods in a WASTE BIN.Apart from rude customer service, Bakers Delight are known for throwing away a mass amount of food that they dont sell during the day.

A very handy Baker Delight. Great for commuters. Their bread, cakes and pastries are always fresh, with lots of variety and reasonably priced. I am a fan of their fruit buns, they disappear very quickly in my household. The staff are helpful and provide good quick customer service.

Disgraceful conduct at the end of the day. The staff just laugh and casually throw unsold bread into a bin which can be used for charitable causes. Where is the delight in that? It is just scumful behaviour.

Always had a good experience here. I've become a regular of sorts on the way to work. I'd stop and buy a cheese and bacon roll to eat as I walk to the office. Always fresh, always served with a smile.

The service here is very good with nice staff and delicious food I recommend this to school students that need lunch when they don’t have any prepared. Also good for a quick flavoursome bite to eat.

Costumer service is so bad there they see you are at the counter but continue to fluff around for a bit then eventually decide to serve you and then when they do get to you they have the worst attitude possible. Like come one don’t work somewhere where you have to serve people

A pretty average experience. Whilst the displays look promising the taste doesn’t really back it up. If you’re after a standard white loaf of bread I’m sure it will be fine otherwise it’s behind other specialty bakers.The lemon tart was overly sweet and the fruit scone was overly generous with fruit but the burnt juices on the base made it an unpleasant experience.The worst aspect though is the waste. A few times I have witnessed the unsold bread being loaded into the dumpster, a crying shame when there are so many needing food. Bakers Delight needs to improve their corporate and social responsibility.

Made the mistake of not checking reviews before we bought here.Person behind the counter seemed irritated we were there. Didn't use gloves when handling the food either.We were there first thing in the morning expecting something fresh, but the food itself was at least a day old, and the taste was average at best.Pity, because the display looks good, but I guess that's how they get you.

Great bread but arrogant old man at the counter. When I didn’t know the difference between the slicing sizes he sighed and seemed offended and told me “people who don’t know the difference are the ones who their mums or wives do everything for them”.
