We had met many agents in our search for a property, mostly arrogant and condescending, but James and Jane were like a breath of fresh air. They were both warm and engaging and our purchasing experience was amazing.So, when we decided to sell our property, it was a no brainer which agency we would engage. From the get-go, they removed all the stresses associated with the sale of a property. They suggested that we carry out a few minor repairs, which they arranged, but all the while keeping us informed. They suggested partial styling which was the best thing we did. The property looked absolutely stunning when it went to market.Their communication throughout the campaign was outstanding. They called us minutes after each open to advise on attendance, and again once they had made their follow up calls. We knew exactly what was happening at every step of the way.During the first week of our campaign, another apartment came to market in our block which initially felt like a spanner in the works, however we knew we were in the best of hands. The other apartment was passed in and eventually withdrawn from sale and the result of our sale completely exceeded our expectations! He seemed very honest, answered all my questions, and I felt no pressure from him unlike the other companies.
