I have my car serviced with VW for couple times now. The team was friendly and got the main jobs done. However it seems like they are extremely busy and does forget to complete 100% request from customer. My most recent experience with the team (today) included a miss on my repair & replace request, following by a not-so-friendly conversation and an rough improper check after all for a No response (could have called and communicated like other business please?). Just a couple small things but show you don't really need or treat customers with professionalism. Cheers.

I have been to George so far since Monday 5th June. Helpful, honest and transparency with a duty of care towards a customer is what I feel. Completely Missing from my recent experiences at a VW dealership.

These people here are a complete thieves, they are like leaches, they’d try to give you the most expensive options available because they can’t do any mechanical repair other than replace or destroy more. Trust me, there are so many good VW / Audi specialist around sydney, drive to the west or south west, those are some true mechanic. VW Village can only survive this long because of their location, but their work? Hahahahahahahah sheeeyt.

The team worked on our 2015 VW Golf 1.4 TSI. There was minor miscommunication on the work required and pricing but Bill made it right and adjusted their pricing to suit. Very happy with the quality and timeliness of their work as well as their customer service. Will be back.

These people are shonky thieves! They took the anti-theft wheel security bolt key for my VW, which only came to light months following the service when I was stuck on the highway with a flat tyre which cannot be removed without this key. It could only have been VW Village. Fellow customers, please check that your emergency tyre kit still has the keyed socket! You could be up for thousands like me for a tow and to have the bolts welded to to be removed! DO NOT TRUST VW VILLAGE.

This team, George, Bill, Alex, all the boys, Laura at the front desk are the best!Anyone who services their car regularly knows how hard it is to find a team that is honest, reliable, reasonably priced and professional. Their workmanship is second to none.I travel from the Inner West to use them and have been since 2016 because of the above mentioned. Once you find a team like this, you stick with them.I seriously cannot speak highly enough of VW Village. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Is it any wonder they have been in business since 1955?

Incredible service with VW Village, my car broke down over the weekend and I arranged to have it towed Monday morning. Bill went above and beyond in helping with an insurance claim with very resistant insurers who were trying to get out of covering. Highly recommended!
