My first visit to urban raw and Emma’s first day collided and I’m so glad it did. The whole shop is clean and gorgeous. The staff all help each other out. The facilities and service provided give you that pampered feeling. I am so happy with the results and really felt listened to.

Highly recommend Urban Raw. Lily was so lovely and did my hair perfectly even with my vague instructions for what I wanted. She really took the time to listen so that I could get the desired result. All the staff seemed lovely and the salon was great.

Finally found my new hairdresser!! Since moving to the newcastle area two years ago, I have struggled to find the right fit for me for a hairdresser. This was complicated by going from box black to blonde. Now, I have found Urban Raw I am finally happy. The owner and the staff are professional and go above and beyond when it comes to obtaining the best results. For example discussing the best toner to suit my needs and collaborating with me on my goals. Furthermore, the snacks and glass of wine was definitely welcomed! Bright, modern and higher end aesthetics throughout the salon.Must go! :)

I had my first cut at Urban Raw today with Cheree, and the whole experience was great. She listened and also gave great advice, was personable and professional and really listened to what I wanted. Super happy with the result and the pricing was so reasonable, the salon was also clean and had a great feel. Very happy new customer and I will return to Cheree :)

I see Lily at Urban Raw and she is fantastic! Really listens to what I'm after and makes my hair feel and look so much better!The salon is really comfortable and clean. All the girls here seem to really know their stuff. Would definitely recommend!
