These guys came highly recommended from an industry expert, and are amazing. Faced with a complex failure mode of our electronic oven Mark researched the wiring and control system, liased with Miele and spent considerable time and effort diagnosing and resolving the issue that Miele struggled with. He refused to charge us for the additional offsite work involved, and always had a smile.Carolyn in the office is also amazing. Well organised, polite and a great communicator.Thank you!

I have had an issue with my Miele dryer for several years, but living on Scotland Island made it tricky to get a Miele service person out. Luckily I was assigned Mark from Appliance Mate through Miele, and he not only managed to fix my long standing issue, but was such a pleasure to deal with and so incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to make the visits and the appliance work for me! Amazing service!

Great service from Mark at Appliance MateSmeg oven getting far too hot. Ordered and fitted new thermostat from Smeg but then oven not getting hot enough or excessive temperature fluctuations. Mark came back, decided the part was faulty, ordered a new one and came back a third time to fit it under the warranty for the work and no extra charge. Fixed a rattling panel on the oven at the same timeGreat professional service and value for moneyHighly recommended

We needed a repair/service for our dishwasher (Manly Apartment) and after searching on Google I found Appliance Mate and going by the reviews I telephoned and asked for a service. Mark Moran was prompt to reply and soon visited the apartment and had the dishwasher going again in no time and for the reasonable cost of his service call with no parts needed we are happyily using the dishwasher.

He fixed a long-standing problem with our oven, and showed us how to deal with it if it recurred. We were impressed by his focus on solving problems in a timely and cost-effective way. Our dishwasher had been struggling to easily turn on for months. My husband, Fritz, decided to call Appliance Mate while I was overseas to get them to come and fix - it was driving him nuts.Dylan came and quickly identified the problem - cockroaches eating out the circuit board. He quoted for a new circuit board. Within a week the circuit board had come in and Dylan was back to install - and did it in a quicker time than quoted AND ensured we paid for only the time he took.Professional, incredibly knowledgeable and efficient.(And this is our second time using Appliance Mate and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.) Mark fix our Bosch dishwasher, he was on time, he knew what he was doing, the price was reasonable and a friendly service. He had to come back the 2nd time because of shortage in parts, but there was no extra charge. Thank you Mark
