Oh My Fur Pet Salon

This is a wonderful Pet Salon! Very impressed with the service of Oh My Fur Team. Very happy with how my little Nono looks. Learnt so mang things from them than a Vet. They are friendly, professional and great at what they do. Provide so much TLC for my rescued dog. Can't wait to bring my baby there again! Thank you!!

Took my cavalier to oh my fur for first time after phoning before to get a quote and some advice.Was told somewhere between $60-$80.Arriving at salon I was taken back by the appearance of salon. Fur all over floor, surfaces in sanitized and an annoying “house” chiuawa dog barking very loud at my feet which was not very settling to my already nervous dog.I was made to feel very uncaring when I was phoned back 5 minutes into the appointment to alert me they’d found a live flea on my dog, Hardly something so tragic or uncommon in pet care.After 2 1/2 hours I picked up my dog only to be charged a crazy price of $130 which did include the flea rinse. Very overpriced in my opinion.My dog returned quite distressed and overnight developed a nasty clipper burn to his tail and under carriage. Skin was red raw and his irritation was very uncomfortable.I’m sorry to leave this review and have no ill harm to this business. But I think it’s important to note so things could be improved. I won’t be returning to this salon sadly

strongly recommend!~~~ today is my BoBo's birthday. I took her to Oh My Fur. All the staff are very professional and patient. And turned my silly girl into an angel. At the end, i got a cute cookie for her birthday gift. thanks a lot.

After searching high and low for a new groomer after our previous groomer moved interstate we finally found Natalie and the Oh My Fur team. Our westie x poodle has previously been reported to be difficult but Natalie has had no such issues - it’s obvious they provide a comforting environment for the dogs and genuinely care about them. We wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.

Based upon a bestie's recommendation. Can't thank her enough. The receptionist is friendly and so ever helpful. My Fur kid came out soooo pretty and the family is pretty happy with the outcome. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the grooming that Natalie did on my boy Kestrel. He looks like a puppy again. His nails are excellent and I especially love the ears, so cute. I know he was relaxed there too. Thanks Natalie, we will be back.

I have a Pomeranian x who desperately needed her nails trimmed. I called and was offered to come straight away. They were very understanding and patient. What a great team. My girl came out so happy and a lot more comfortable. Will be returning for follow up visits. Thankyou so much Oh My Fur Salon!!

After my wonderful groomer moved away I had trouble finding someone new who could manage my anxious oodle. From the very first visit I have had no problems and they tell me my dog is well behaved! They listen to the instructions I give and clarify exactly what I want. I'm very happy with them.

I took Noddy to Natalie and the girls to be groomed.Excellent service.Noddy came home looking like a star.Natalie and staff are Professional,Kindness and si caring with our pets.Highly recommend anyone wanting their pet groomed.Thanks ladies, see you in a month.CheersJulie V

Took my cat here for a grooming service. Pre and post grooming chat with Katrina was very informative. She gave full details of the service to be done and what was actually done. Also provided some feedback about how my lovely Snowball behaved while being groomed. This was very helpful in understanding how my cat acts around strangers and other pets.Will definitely be back and will recommend them to friends.
