I had phoned these people a little over 2 weeks ago and they refused to ring me and they gave me THE SILENT TREATMENT and they also discriminated me because I am a woman and I am writing this review to warn others not to use this company and they refuse to return my phone call to ask when they were coming out only because I had an issue with my roof and I ended up out of pocket because They had forced me to go through someone else just to get the job done and they don’t respect their elders or other people for that matter they are USELESS

I am extremely happy with Andrew and his team. They were timely and professional in all aspects.My roof now has added a lot of value to my home. I could not be happier with the final result.Thanks guys!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received if I tried. My neighbors have made several comments about how great our house looks with our re-done roof. We recommend Andrew to everyone as a result. I was by all accounts “that” customer. The one who requested a free quote, had it done, and never followed up. Then requested a second quote 6 months later, which was done and once again, I didn’t chase up. You would think by the third time, these guys would ignore me – but they didn’t. They were patient, understanding and at all times professional. Three times is the charm! We went ahead. My partner and I joked that we would probably be charged an “annoyance fee”, we weren’t! Andrew was actually still notably cheaper than all the competitors I looked at. The workman ship was perfect and his team were a delight to have around my home while the work was done. 10|10, thank you again!

Andrew and his team took on the job of restoring 100 year-old tiled roof when no-one else would even come to give a quote! They have done a great job. It was of course much more difficult than they hoped, and cost a lot more than the initial estimate, but that was because they did a really thorough job. Not only have they replaced the broken tiles and repaired ridge capping, but they've sealed the box gutter and valleys and replaced rusted tin so that it is now water tight for the first time in years. Brodie and Paul were cheerful and cooperative workers. Brodie always communicated well and in good time with us, and they were as unobtrusive as they could be under the circumstances. Great job guys.

Hardworking, Professional, Quality job with fantastic results! No job too big or small, great friendly attitude and use of quality ‘best on the market’ products.Andrew came out straight away and gave a rough quote whilst standing on the roof! Then followed up with the official quote that night - no waiting! Also convinced us that we did not need a brand new roof just a restoral - where as other companies were only interested in quoting the $$$ and ‘unwanted not needed’ extras and could not submit quotes within 48hrs!!Brodie and Mick worked very hard and took pride in their work, going the extra mile - they are a credit to your company so thank you again! Very happy customers!

Fixed my roof on KI and not another leak in sight since. Went out of his way to get the materials needed when they weren’t on hand and was completely professional and courteous about the job. Highly recommend.
