Listen to the order correctly and make accordingly. And when someone complaints do not laugh and say no one ever made that request. Ruined my dessert by putting way too much other things than the actual ice-cream.

I love the ice creams here but the coffe part god that is disgusting. employee here don't know how to make hot beverages and the size they are givinge the smallest cup you can ever find in a 4.50 dollar medium size coffee not at all value for money.

Waited nearly 25 minutes to place my order and after that i waited 15-20 minutes for my ice cream roll.There was only 1 girl serving and making rolls so it took more time than usual. The customer service was not acceptable. I was expecting a “thank you for your patience”.I recommend this place hire more workers

Well apart from having totally amazing ice cream rolls, shakes and faloodas, the staff here are awesome !!!! I want to emphasise on how they truly go above and beyond for customers. The beautiful lady who helped me with my order twice tonight, you are amazing. Such a beautiful human being and what a great example for kids you are :)

Very very ....Good customer service ,We ordered tiktok special falooda, rolld Oreo icercream and Chikoo shake. Everything was freshy made and tasted excellent, definitely will come back. Kids enjoyed heaps, great ambience.. must have a try!

They serve the best falooda amongst the ones i have tried in Melbourne so far (better than the one from Agha Juice). Tiktok falooda is very creamy and they are topped with plenty of crunch/nuts which is great. They have got all ingredients of the real falooda right (sabja seeds, vermicelly, rose syrup etc). Ice creams taste very fresh and creamy. Not over sweet.However what i felt lacking is that they serve only single flavour faloodas (such as mango falooda, strawberry falooda) whereas the original faloodas in India has also the option of different flavours as layers in the same cup.Hope the management will notice this and will serve faloodas with different flavour scoops in one.Well done and see you soon again!

Iast night me & family come here very nice staff nd good place to eat ice cream roll fantastic ! Nd fantastic service staff behavior also good. Nd khoa roll is also very testy nd we enjoy lot.
