I popped by to say hello and ask about parts for a project today and the guys at South Beach Cycles were awesome. Friendly, helpful and Jen for a chat, they answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction.The range of stock and bikes suits the area and the South Beach vibe.Definitely recommend it!

A top “can do” team. Always willing to give advice and help! Services on bikes and our eBikes have been thorough and very reasonably priced! Generally you have to book in well ahead.. which speaks volumes for their popularity…..popularity based on solid gold standard service!

Had a tire replaced in record time at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff, well equipped and tidy presentation. Looking forward to my next visit when I'll ask about the various E bikes on display.

Staff were very helpful in helping me find a cargo bike (Babboe Mini). They let you take the bikes on decently long test rides and have good advice. I was unfortunately not able to buy a bike from them since I'm Brisbane based but my local shops don't keep the bikes I wanted to buy so they were very kind in letting me try the bikes despite knowing this.

Visited a few bike shops on the day to buy a new electric bike and this was the only one that had absolutely terrible service. Particularly the first guy that served me, he was just so demeaning. They seem more interested in trying to being edgy. Avoid at all costs.
