I visited the pharmacy a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Issac. He is a very knowledgeable and caring pharmacist. He recommended me to take a probiotic for my depression and anxiety which has helped improved my conditions ever since! If there’s a 10 star review, I would rate him 10/10! Keep up the good work Issac, you’re the best pharmacist I’ve met by far!

Taken over by new owners about a month ago.First thing they do is jack up all the prices.Place has been going down hill for a while with medication dispensary errors and wrong scripts given to different people.Won't be coming back here.

Really don't appreciate the judgemental staff member rolling their eyes whenever I ask for an oral contraceptive pill.Staff should be trained to have more professionalism and sensitivity in the workplace and leave their judgements and assumptions at home.Your customers shouldn't feel like they're being shamed for being safe and taking extra precautions - especially since you don't even know them and their situation or why they may need said contraceptive.

We arrived right at closing time and the staff member - Isaac - who had shut the roller doors opened back up and served us. It’s hard to find really great customer service these days. Great staff member!!Thank you.

I have been visiting this chemist for over 10 years and the service has been great up until the last month there is a new pharmacist (Isaac) who is very rude and has no communication skills. His attitude towards customers makes you never want to come back there again. If Nathan still owns this business please replace this guy with someone who is more friendly towards customers and has people skills.

Best chemist experience EVER ! Lovely staff helped me purchase a wrist support, helped to ensure it fit to size and even gave me a reasonable discount due to the age of the product (last seasons fashion). - Great business !!
