I needed a conveyancer for a property sale and David Davidge Solicitor was recommended to me by Griffith Real Estate. My dealings were with Lauren Gale and I can't speak highly enough of her. It is not often I need a solicitor, But David Davidge is unreal I had a matter I was going to represent myself on but I decided to have an appointment with David. He was happy to go with what I wanted but offered me his professional advice and after 5 minutes of thought I realised I am asking his advice, follow it. Matter was adjourned and the magistrate was happy with Mr Davidge's submissions. David Davidge is a Lawyer that will tell you how it is without 2 hours of legal mumbo jumbo. Earlier this year, I engaged the services of David Davidge solicitors to advise me on the purchase of one of the Motels in the Central West NSW. I was so interested in buying the Motel that I undermined the magnitude of the underlying risks of the deal. The conveyancing lawyer advised me promptly to abort the idea of buying the motel as there were many signals that indicated that the motel bore more risks than the vendor was purporting. The Vendor was unwilling to adjust the selling price with the level of risk. I eventually did not go ahead to buy the Motel and later learnt that another potential buyer had pulled the plug on buying the same Motel. This indicated to me that the conveyancing lawyer was right all along and am so glad I did not end up buying that Motel. Thank you David Davidge Solicitors.
