I was introduced to the team and was assigned Valentina Hurtado as my architect. We discussed architectural plans for my new office and all was going well, even despite the language barrier and great difficulty with her English speaking we progressed through. Later when it came to providing the plans to the builders there was excuses as to why these were not completed and she avoided putting everything in writing, only speaking to me over the phone. Slightly suspicious! Luckily the build got completed despite the delays. This is why I have left this review.
