Great service friendly staff

Godfreys in Traralgon gave me first class service when I bought a Bissell Crosswave floor cleaner in June 2020. The thing died after three or four months, but Godfreys replaced it out their own stock and did the back-and-forth with Bissell for me.The new one didn't live up to my expectations and after several months the fine folks at Godfreys swapped it, at no cost to me, for a Tineco Floor One S3.I can't recommend Godfreys in Traralgon enough. They really look after their customers.

Picked up a brillient HD vacuum as a gift for only $99. Great range of products

Needed a new HEPA filter for my vacuum. The Traralgon store didn't have one, but happily ordered one in for me. They called me the day it arrived, and stupid me got to the store after closing time (duh!) but they let me in anyway and I got the filter. No tricks, no order fee's, just a good old fashioned transaction. Cheers Godfreys Traralgon!

Overprised, didn't have much stock when I went in.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place is useless. They happy to sell you a machine but as soon as you have trouble there almost impossible to get hold of. I rung the shop more than 5 times leaving messages before I got though. they sent my vacuum off for repairs it took 5 week to only got it back to see it wasn't fixed properly. Now I'm dealing with them to resolve it and all's I'm getting is there too busy and understaffed to help me. I wish I shopped else where

Lucky they even get a star I enquired about a part for a machine and asked them to call me when they worked out if they could get it. They never called! Two weeks later I went back in and the staff member behind the counter said yes they could get it it would be in in two weeks time. Fast forward a month and it's still not in and the store managers excuse was he wasn't aware and that his team member had taken the order so he would enquire with her on what was happening. When store manager called back and gave me the explanation on why it wasn't in he offered to send the part to me free of charge so that was great but when I asked if it was always this unreliable or if there was just a breakdown in process he hung up on me
