Expensive and arrogant. These guys can't fix Elna machines, so don't take your Elna there!I sent my overlocker in to be fixed because the tension bar is not tensioning the thread properly. They charged me $180 for a service and a new pressure foot and sent it back WITH a sample showing that the tension was not fixed! They have no idea what it's supposed to do!

Went in with my sister they repaired her sewing machine foot for her while we waited very reasonable cost luckily not to busy while we were there probably can't always do on the spot repairs.

Very bright professional storefront staff attended to me. Machine was repaired quickly and I was called by technician to say machine was ready for pick-up. Very nice people and excellent service. Thank you.

After an appalling customer service from owner Helen in Southlands Fabric & Sewings, you swapped a Bernina B380 ( In bad condition and missing parts) for a brand new B335 and didn’t charge any difference and also gave extra accessories to use, this is the next level of customer service!! Absolutely top class service. I was looking for a part for a vintage Bernina I had just purchased, when they found the part they called and I picked it up. Staff were so helpful and friendly. It gets better the plate did not fit my machine, so they told me to bring my machine in and Brad disappeared out the back and came back with the exact plate I needed, I was flabbergasted, goodness he knows his stuff, he also repaired my foot pedal while I was there at basically no cost. I can not recommend this company enough, you just don’t get service like this today. Both Tracy and Brad were fantastic.

Came to research the best sewing machines. Had no preconceived ideas about brands or type. Was seriously impressed by the staff, the atmosphere and the time spent checking out the most coolest sewing machine ever. Thanks to Brad for showing me just how good a quilting and embroidery machine can get.Highly recommended a visit. Yes they have fabrics, including Tula Pink.All the accessories you need plus qullt kits, a stitching space and sewing club.
