Great experience with a local company. I found the perfect bed at a resonable price very easily. Free delivery as we were in Coolum. Love our new queen mattress! Very friendly staff, happy to support such a local company. The best thing last....you can flip our mattress!

Dealt with a wonderful salesman Leroy 15/10/22. Very informative and efficient. Left very happy with a quote.Returned to place order 11/3/2023 for three mattresses. Dealt with Shelley. First thing she said was there’s no way you will get a mattress for $1036. Proceeded to throw Leroy under the bus, he’s made an error etc.Was like dealing with someone that hated their job and wanted to be anywhere other than at work. After a-lot of shuffling folders and paper Shelly come up with a price $1035. Yes exact same mattress and $1 less than the Leroy had quoted.Been in sales 33 years. Shelley is a walking example of exactly how not to sell. Instead of placing an order we bailed.Order since been placed with Makin Mattresses.

I used a Mattress Company mattress when sleeping over with friends. OMG! What a great night! Can't speak highly enough of the comfort level of this bed. I'm definitely going to Mattress Company for my next bed!

The wonderful people at the Mattress Company really know how to make first-rate bedding! They are generous supporters of Wishlist (Sunshine Coast Health Foundation) and have provided mattresses for the new Wishlist Centre in Birtinya.Our team had a trial sleep over last night in advance of the Centre opening on 4 November. I couldn't believe that there was a local company on the coast that still makes mattresses and for the same price as the big companies. All custom made to our requirements. We love our new mattress! Only had it a few months but it is so comfortable and the service etc was amazing!

My husband and I purchased our mattress for our new home from this company over 2 years ago and it is still as comfortable as the day we brought it home. The service and knowledge of the staff is like no other and we are so happy to support a family operated business where everything is made locally in factory here on the Sunshine Coast. If you are looking for a good nights sleep I would definitely recommend speaking with the staff at the Mattress Company.

I purchased a custom made super firm mattress from here and it's been fantastic. It is really firm and excellent for my back issues. I was helped over the phone to simplify the choices and have no regrets. The finish on the mattress was high quality. Good value for a great product.

Had my latex Queen mattress delivered to day the gentleman stripped the bed and even remade it for me as I’m a wheel chair user !About an hour after it was delivered I decided to try it out it was like cloud nine. so comfortable I slept all day best sleep I had had in years pain free!I would like to thank the staff for there help and suggestions, and for Robert who closed the sale with he’s specialist knowledge, awesome place to purchase a bed, good old fashion service that you rarely come across any more !!Regards Greg

Like Goldilocks we tried two other companies and their “mattresses” on a painful journey that left us crippled and having to take painkillers before sleep, before a friend recommended the Mattress Company. We were impressed with the design that we can flip the mattress and extend its useful life. My wife was impressed that the actual guys who made the mattress, also delivered it and helped her set it up, then took away the packaging. After 14 months, we noticed one of the sides was losing support (with 250kg load any bed of ours gets a workout) and they organised to pick it up at 7:30am, take it back to the factory, disassembled it, found the problem and then returned it by 1pm with new reinforced sides. A pleasure to discover that the Mattress Company honours its warranty in a friendly and efficient manner and are eco-friendly in repairing their quality product rather than replace/landfill. It is the best mattress we have ever owned and feel so much more refreshed when we wake up. We thank them every morning, even though they don’t get to hear it.
