A massive thanks to Adam and Joel for looking after me and getting me on the road super fast. My Ford Ranger did a fan belt, needed to get towed and ended up here! Being from interstate and on a big trip, the boys sorted me out, diagnosed a bigger issue and got me back on the road within 24 hours, they are super reliable, very reasonable priced and just top blokes, highly recommended!

Thank you South West Car Service! Car died while a long way from home. I gave Adam a call. Though busy he happily offered to take a look. After replacing the fuel pump he and the team got me home before I had to work next. Recommended.

I would not bother unless you have lots of money or are a close friend. We had our car with him for 4weeks both times for repairs before he even started working on it/them. The first time he took another 4 weeks to finish the job leaving us without a car for a total of 8 weeks and no loan car. The second time he wasn't interested in finishing it and told us to go to another mechanic as he said he was closing down the business yet 2- 3 months later is still open.. He listens to town gossip and friends opinions of other's therefore has no reliability that he will do or finish your job.

Amazing customer service. Had a flat tyre and damaged tyre, and although so busy in the workshop the younger man happily offered to take a look and repaired tyre on the spot when stopped in unplanned. I was made to feel like it was no trouble at all. Thankyou :)
