I called up to make an enquiry about my case, which had been lodged at the Wellington st office, after waiting for weeks for my case officer to return my call. They transferred me to Mirrabooka.. waited on hold, Mirrabooka told me I needed to call Wellington st. I explained that Wellington st had transferred me to them. The receptionist then transferred me to someone else, who transferred me again, to end up on voicemail. If you’re counting, that’s 4 transfers. This was a few weeks ago and no one has returned my call.

Staff are rude, unhelpful, talk to each other about their shoes and what they did on the weekend. Wait times are more than 1 hour.

Ongoing issue with a community housing tenant who has been damaging property and threatening to attack residents for months (as well as having been arrested by police on several occasions for physically assaulting a resident) which the Dept of Communities states does not meet their disruptive behaviour criteria" and when asked what DOES meet their criteria they will not give any specific information. Maybe he'll succeed next time he tries running someone over and they'll do something about it

understaffed, redundant and huge waste of time, for such a modern building youd assume they have more than 4 workers. workers also speak to non-english speakers like they are literal children. unpleasant experiences the four times ive had to come here with no help.
