Floral Wishes

Extremely disappointed.Organised a $40 bunch of flowers early in the morning 815am for collection at 430pm. Advised I needed by this time as was heading to an event.Arrived and was not ready, waited 2 mins for her to put together, which was fine....but the photo shows what I got for $40!!!! Basically paid $20 per flower.Wish I said something but I thought what was the point... she knew exactly what she was giving me for the price! I also needed to make sure I caught my train to get to the event on time.Feel completely robbed and taken advantage of as she knew I had to get somewhere quickly.Enjoy my money!Never again.

Ok, first I called and asked for a bouquet to be delivered to a hotel where my friend was being quarantined. I told them light colors, white and light colored roses. They told me to get the first photo for $169.They charged me an extra $320. Instead of immediately apologizing and fixing it, they asked if I’d be interested in doubling the order.Their financial mistake will take two days to return to my account.Then the flowers arrived.Not at all what was requested.Their photo on line showed 36 rosesWhat came was 9 roses and a bunch of chrysanthemums, the flower of death.Even after letting them know my displeasure, nothing was done.
