Very nice receptionist and great doctor that saw me today.

Staff were polite & efficient. Dr & nurse were great communicators and made me feel at ease.

This place is supposed to help people, however it brought a lot of distress to our family. We made a decision to move as far as possible from this clinic. We suggest everyone to do so if your mental health matters to you!The receptionists are rude, cold and very unhelpful. They never go beyond and have no idea what empathy is.Most doctors are half asleep, cutting corners and making wrong diagnosis and prescribe wrong/unnecessary medications.The final straw was charging us $5 late fee. My partner was unwell for 2 weeks (flu symptoms, extreme fatigue and gastro that required ambulance and hospital) and had the most useless Telehealth consultation. You should not charge people for consultation such as ‘have more fluids and rest’. He was not given even a blood test. Where is duty of care? My partnerforgot to call them the next day to pay. He remembered only the day after. When he called the clinic the receptionist charged him $5 late fee. What a disgrace! Charging someone who was unwell?Seriously, train your staff properly. You have signs all over the clinic ‘treat the staff members with respect’. How about you start with yourself?

I went to this Medical Clinic today for the first time. I found their Covid practices to be A1 and that they are very concerned about keeping their patients and the wider community safe. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions regarding how to book a second appointment for the Pfizer vaccine. I had Doctor Justin who was on time with my appointment (that in itself was brilliant as I have been to other clinics where you can be waiting for ages) , he happily answered all of my questions and was very thorough and efficient with giving me all the information I needed on the first Pfizer vaccine. I will be recommending this Medical Clinic to my family and friends.

I am sick and tired of this clinic and their policy not to see sick kids face to face if they have any cold and flu symptoms.The fact they push a face to face to a phone call with a 1 year old who is unwell and has a negative RAT test is beyond me.I’ve been going here for 20 plus years and I’ve had enough and will be taking my family to another practice.

The clinic is busy and it does well to get people through the way they do.Good job.
