MRC Performance

I bought a part through mrc and I soon found out the part I ordered wasn’t in stock, I know these companies take months and months to get you the part you ordered and sometimes they don’t supply it at all. So I asked for a refund. All was well and the guys were happy to refund it. Luckily I did the transaction through PayPal because they “sent” the refund but a few days later the payment bounced back and wasn’t successful. I contacted PayPal who assured me I was going to get my refund, I’m lucky it came a few days after the bounce back but that was worrying. I reckon they wanted the payment to bounce and for me to not notice so they could keep it. I’ll be steering clear of these blokes and FAF automotive.

Ordered a boost actuator and they haven’t even sent it yet, they won’t reply or answer calls, there go’s 218$, I just want my part. It’s been 11 days since I bought it(Update, they got back to me and sorted me out, they where very good)

Buyer beware from this company, you buy parts online and they will not send them… hoping this helps other people by posting this, also notice a trend of the same issue from recent reviews.

UPDATE: Got an immediate response from Matt after posting the original google review.Him and the MRC team went above and beyond to fix the issue and got my parcel to me the next business day, Very happy with how the team handled the issue and I will buy from them again in the futureORIGINAL REVIEW:Ordered a product online. Tried contacting via email about the status of my order with no reply.Update: After some attempts, the team contacted me with resolving my issue and we're quick to help.

My order had a few delays but Mairead provided outstanding customer service and went the extra mile to give me updates and sort it out for me, thank you heaps!

Worst customer service wouldn’t ever buy a thing from them again! $700 plus dollars lost! cause they can’t send a refund after 2 months, took over a month too get a reply on how my order is going after several emails sent! too find out they didn’t have any in stock and don’t wanna issue a refund, take your money and don’t send your parts.

I rang up MRC on thursday chasing a stainless steel Venom 4inch dump and high flow cat. Was called back and told within minutes that they would have it in friday. Was called on friday morning to say it would be in the afternoon. As soon as it arrived I was notified, and I went down and picked it up..Good old customer service. I love it. Great work by all involved. Has helped me out of a pickle..I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I will will not be ordering from MRC again, I had to continually follow up on order, response back not timely for a business, order waiting for 4 1/2 months, requested a refund in the end which required follow up to get my money back. My money will be going elsewhere.
