Absolutely terrible management of complex, no follow up of constant repeated parking breaches, noise breaches, gardens not maintained, general breaches of by laws not followed through with. Multiple days to a week for a reply to an email as an owner not good enough. So glad I sold the unit and never have to deal with this company and waste my money on them ‘managing’ ever again.

Our unit complex has been managed by Strata Living BCM for many years. I'd especially like to thank Courtney for her assistance with regards to the introduction of a pet into our complex. She guided us through the issues we were presented with and provided both body corporate and rational advice and we're very happy with the outcome. She communicated with everyone regularly and all parties needs have been satisfied. Her guidance has been invaluable.

The team at StrataLiving were able to drop the fees and provide a much more user friendly experience.
