Worst experience with a landscaping company. Ended up paying double charges because the rude driver couldn't get the rocks where we requested. Didnt wear a mask, refused to take the phone to talk to my partner about alternative locations to put it then he lit up a cigarette in front of my child. When I asked him to not smoke in front of my child he got in the truck and drove away with not even another look. Absolute poor service and would never recommend to anyone. Pathetic.

have spent plenty of cash with these guys over the last few months , loader driver today was pretty low , seemed to think that i had cut in line when i hadn't and then proceeded to shake his head and just generally carry on at me at me for no reason that he felt the need to share with me . In a time where those who have a job still probably should be grateful this bloke decided being a decent member of society wasn't for him , wish i could give zero stars

Ordered some crusher dust for the following day and the guys said that they were flat out (not surprising given that they were almost 30% cheaper than their competitor), but they would try and get it to me before 11am. Well it arrived at 8:30 and I wasn't ready so i said to the guy to just drop it out the front and I would barrow it arround the back. The delivery driver said that he would drive it around the back while I grabbed some plastic sheet from the shed. Ended up dropping it right next to the job, saved me heaps of time and effort. Really appreciated them going the extra mile on a day when they were already flat out.

The staff here are always friendly, and ready to help or even offer alternative suggestions. I definitely prefer Bluegum to any other landscape supplier. They also have one of the biggest ranges of product around.

The Parker's truck driver who overtook me on Brush Farm Rd when I was riding my bike yesterday was extremely professional. If only some car drivers could manage to give as much care as a B double driver.Also a good place to get your top dressing.

I’ve purchased there many times without problem but today I sent my partner.She paid at the office as was told to hand the guy in the loader the receipt. She did this with no words spoken. He put in soil instead of organic compost. She went to the office to be told“Well you told the loader driver soil”She said I didn’t even speak to him but just handed ticket.She felt intimidated and not willing to ask to swap it so they have her the difference and left.Now we have a trailer of soil I didn’t need or want.Last time I ever shop there.You guys stuffed up then blamed her.

True - I do get mulch from you guys. But today I give you this review as your driver who passed me climbing up Duns Creek on my bike was very courteous. Its a steep narrow gravelly thing - it was nice to have a safe overtake :)
