We had a great business to business relationship for 5 years and were extremely happy with the service Alpine USED to provide.This year, during the October school holidays, Alpine cancelled all bag deliveries to small business operators in the region, with no notice. A poorly written email was sent advising that changes were taking place. Upon calling for clarification, we were advised by an obnoxious, rude and hostile person on reception, this change was effective immediately. The way this was handled by management and staff was appalling and placed immense stress on many small business operators during a holiday peak season.

I went for a job interview, the staff and boss Robert were friendly and completely approachable. The staff in the laundry were friendly and looked happy. Would be a good honest job.
