Outstanding staff who really are passionate about animals and very empathetic towards both pets and owners. There has been a problem with my pup for a long time. After a thorough assessment the problem was diagnosed and appropriate interventions taken. I now have a very happy healthy pup. Thankyou so much.

Rachel Allen should be ashamed of her unprofessional outbursts. There are plenty of other vets in town who would treat clients (and companions) far better than she. Unbelievable behaviour.

We take all our pets here (dogs and cat). Staff are very friendly and helpful. They're always willing to book an emergency appointment when pet gets unexpectedly unwell. Really happy with their care of our pets!

I’ve been back to TFV with my Frenchie a few times in the past months and I remain impressed with the care everyone offers. I appreciate the time taken to explain the situation, procedures, tests and possible outcomes. What a beautiful vet clinic. Each of the vets has been very lovely and accommodating, and they all have a wide range of knowledge and experience. The admin staff, too, are simply wonderful. We're so happy that our dog is looked after here, and so well.

Toowoomba Family Vets were amazing with Alfie who had his second puppy vaccination there. He also did puppy preschool with one of their very nurses and I was really impressed with the professional, fun and informative course! I would definitely recommend their puppy preschool to anyone who hasn't had a puppy or if you need a refresher. I would definitely recommend Toowoomba Family Vets, especially because they have all of the resources of the emergency department next door to them.
